Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official notification for recruitment under Selection Post Phase-XIV/2026, which includes posts such as Nursing Officer / Public Health Nursing Officer. This recruitment has been issued for various ministries and departments under the Government of India. The online application process will begin on 13 April 2026 and will continue until 04 May 2026. Candidates can pay the application fee until 05 May 2026, and the application correction window will be available from 11 May to 13 May 2026. In this recruitment, Nursing Officer posts have been released in different departments, with a limited number of vacancies (approximately 8–10 posts, varying by region). The age limit for candidates is generally 18 to 25 years / 18 to 30 years (depending on the post), with age relaxation applicable as per government rules for reserved categories. Regarding educational qualifications, candidates must possess relevant nursing qualifications such as GNM / B.Sc Nursing, as specified for each post. The application fee is applicable for General category candidates as per SSC rules, while SC/ST and female candidates are exempted from paying the fee. In the selection process, candidates will be selected through a Computer Based Examination (CBE), which is expected to be conducted in June 2026. After qualifying the exam, candidates will undergo Document Verification.
कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (SSC) द्वारा Selection Post Phase-XIV/2026 के अंतर्गत विभिन्न पदों पर भर्ती का आधिकारिक नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया गया है, जिसमें Nursing Officer / Public Health Nursing Officer के पद भी शामिल हैं। यह भर्ती भारत सरकार के विभिन्न मंत्रालयों और विभागों के अंतर्गत निकाली गई है । इस भर्ती के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया 13 अप्रैल 2026 से शुरू होकर 04 मई 2026 तक चलेगी। उम्मीदवार 05 मई 2026 तक आवेदन शुल्क जमा कर सकते हैं तथा आवेदन सुधार (Correction) की सुविधा 11 मई से 13 मई 2026 तक उपलब्ध रहेगी । इस भर्ती में Nursing Officer के पद अलग-अलग विभागों में निकाले गए हैं, जिनकी कुल संख्या सीमित (लगभग 8–10 पद, क्षेत्र अनुसार अलग-अलग) है ।उम्मीदवारों की आयु सीमा सामान्यतः 18 से 25 वर्ष / 18 से 30 वर्ष (पद के अनुसार) निर्धारित की गई है तथा आरक्षित वर्गों को नियमानुसार छूट प्रदान की जाएगी । शैक्षणिक योग्यता के लिए उम्मीदवार के पास संबंधित नर्सिंग योग्यता (जैसे GNM / B.Sc Nursing आदि) होना आवश्यक है, जैसा कि प्रत्येक पद के अनुसार निर्धारित किया गया है । आवेदन शुल्क सामान्य वर्ग के लिए निर्धारित है (SSC नियमों के अनुसार), जबकि SC/ST/महिला उम्मीदवारों को शुल्क में छूट दी जाती है । चयन प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत उम्मीदवारों का चयन Computer Based Examination (CBE) के माध्यम से किया जाएगा, जिसकी परीक्षा जून 2026 (संभावित) में आयोजित होगी। परीक्षा पास करने के बाद उम्मीदवारों का दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन (Document Verification) किया जाएगा ।
