(Special Education) अथवा Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त Special Education में 2 वर्षीय Diploma सहित B.Ed. होना आवश्यक है। उम्मीदवार को देवनागरी लिपि में लिखी हिंदी का कार्यकारी ज्ञान तथा राजस्थान की संस्कृति का ज्ञान होना चाहिए। इसके अतिरिक्त परीक्षा तिथि से पहले RCI में वैध CRR Registration होना अनिवार्य है।
