Bachelor’s Degree from a University recognized by the State or Central Government.
Hindi Stenography speed of 100 words per minute.
Typing speed of 30 words per minute in both Hindi and English.
Desired Qualification:
A certificate in a Computer Course recognized by AICTE / DOEACC / NIELIT,
or
Subjects and duration equivalent to ‘O’ Level as prescribed by DOEACC / NIELIT,
or
Computer Proficiency Test.
Stenographer (स्टेनोग्राफर)
Bachelor’s Degree from a University recognized by the State or Central Government.
Hindi Stenography speed of 80 words per minute.
Typing speed of 30 words per minute in both Hindi and English.

A certificate in a Computer Course recognized by AICTE / DOEACC / NIELIT,
or

Junior Clerk (कनिष्ठ लिपिक)
The candidate must have passed Intermediate (12th) from any institution recognized by the State Central Government or by an Intermediate Council.
Essential Qualification
Typing speed of 8000 key depressions per hour in Hindi and English on computer.
Desired Qualification
ADCA or a Computer Course Certificate recognized by AICTE / DOEACC / NIELIT,
or
Subjects equivalent to ‘O’ Level in terms of syllabus and duration as prescribed by DOEACC / NIELIT,
or
Computer Proficiency Test
Data Entry Operator (डेटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर)
The candidate must have passed Intermediate (12th) from any institution recognized by the State Central Government or by an Intermediate Council.
Typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and English.

3) Candidate can login with the User ID and Password to complete the application form for BLCS Recruitment Examination, 2025.
