Delhi High Court has released the official notification for the Delhi Higher Judicial Service (HJS) Examination 2026 to recruit eligible candidates for the posts of Higher Judicial Service (District Judge Level). Through this recruitment drive, a total of 27 vacancies (24 existing and 3 anticipated) will be filled. The online application process commenced on 01 July 2026, and the last date to submit the online application is 15 July 2026. Applications will be accepted only through the online mode. The final selection will be made based on the candidate's performance in all stages of the recruitment process. The Preliminary Examination is scheduled to be held on 26 July 2026. दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय (Delhi High Court) द्वारा Delhi Higher Judicial Service (HJS) Examination 2026 के अंतर्गत Higher Judicial Service (District Judge Level) के पदों पर सीधी भर्ती हेतु आधिकारिक अधिसूचना जारी की गई है। इस भर्ती अभियान के माध्यम से कुल 27 पदों (24 वर्तमान एवं 03 संभावित रिक्तियां) पर योग्य अभ्यर्थियों की नियुक्ति की जाएगी। ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया 01 जुलाई 2026 से प्रारंभ हो चुकी है तथा आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि 15 जुलाई 2026 निर्धारित की गई है। इस भर्ती के लिए आवेदन केवल ऑनलाइन माध्यम से स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। इस भर्ती के लिए अभ्यर्थी का भारत का नागरिक होना आवश्यक है। आवेदन करने वाले अधिवक्ता (Advocate) के पास अंतिम तिथि तक कम से कम 7 वर्ष का निरंतर वकालत का अनुभव होना चाहिए। न्यायिक सेवा (Judicial Service) में कार्यरत अभ्यर्थियों के लिए भी अधिसूचना में निर्धारित अनुभव संबंधी पात्रता लागू होगी। अभ्यर्थी की न्यूनतम आयु 35 वर्ष तथा अधिकतम आयु 45 वर्ष निर्धारित की गई है। आरक्षित वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को आयु सीमा में नियमानुसार छूट प्रदान की जाएगी। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को Pay Level J-5 (₹1,44,840 – ₹1,94,660) के अनुसार वेतन एवं अन्य सरकारी सुविधाएं प्रदान की जाएंगी। इस भर्ती में किसी भी प्रकार का सीधा चयन नहीं किया जाएगा। चयन प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत प्रारंभिक परीक्षा (Objective), मुख्य लिखित परीक्षा (Mains Examination) तथा साक्षात्कार (Viva-Voce/Interview) आयोजित किया जाएगा। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में सफल अभ्यर्थियों को मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए तथा मुख्य परीक्षा में सफल अभ्यर्थियों को साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। अंतिम चयन सभी चरणों में प्राप्त प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा का आयोजन 26 जुलाई 2026 को प्रस्तावित है। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों की नियुक्ति दिल्ली उच्च न्यायिक सेवा (Delhi Higher Judicial Service) में District Judge / Additional District Judge स्तर के न्यायिक अधिकारी के रूप में की जाएगी। इनका मुख्य कार्य दीवानी एवं आपराधिक मामलों की सुनवाई करना, साक्ष्यों का परीक्षण करना, कानून के अनुसार निर्णय देना तथा न्यायालय के न्यायिक एवं प्रशासनिक कार्यों का निष्पादन करना होगा। इच्छुक एवं पात्र अभ्यर्थी अंतिम तिथि से पूर्व ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदन करने से पहले अभ्यर्थी अपनी पात्रता, आयु सीमा, अनुभव, चयन प्रक्रिया एवं अन्य सभी आवश्यक शर्तों की पुष्टि आधिकारिक अधिसूचना से अवश्य कर लें। भर्ती से संबंधित विस्तृत जानकारी के लिए आधिकारिक नोटिफिकेशन अवश्य पढ़ें।
