Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Marketing Division – Northern Region (NR) has released the official notification for IOCL Marketing Division NR Apprentice Recruitment 2026. Through this recruitment drive, a total of 433 vacant Apprentice posts will be filled with eligible candidates. The recruitment includes various positions such as Trade Apprentice, Technician Apprentice, and Graduate Apprentice. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 07 August 2026 to 06 September 2026. The application process will be completed through the NAPS/NATS portals and the application process prescribed by IOCL. For Technician Apprentice posts, a 3-year Diploma in the relevant Engineering discipline is required, while for Graduate Apprentice posts, candidates must have a Graduation Degree in the relevant discipline. Candidates applying for Data Entry Operator posts must have passed Class 12th as per the prescribed eligibility criteria. Under IOCL Marketing Division NR Apprentice Recruitment 2026, no written examination or interview will be conducted for the selection of candidates. Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Merit List prepared according to the marks obtained in the relevant educational qualification. This will be followed by Document Verification and a Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Test. Selected candidates will undergo apprenticeship training as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act. The duration of the apprenticeship is 12 months, and candidates will receive a stipend as per the applicable rules.
