NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) has released an official notification for the recruitment of candidates for Engineer and Executive posts. A total of 147 posts will be filled under this recruitment with eligible and experienced candidates. The recruitment includes various posts such as Engineer (RE-Civil), Engineer (RE-Electrical), Engineer (RE-Mechanical), Engineer (RE-Safety), Executive (RE-Human Resource), Executive (RE-Finance), Executive (RE-CSR), and Executive (RE-Rajbhasha). The recruitment will be conducted on a Fixed Term Basis. The online application process for this recruitment has started from 18 August 2026. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their online applications until 07 September 2026, 06:00 PM. The maximum age limit for candidates is 35 years, while age relaxation will be provided to reserved category candidates as per the applicable rules. The age will be calculated as per the prescribed cut-off date. The educational qualification varies according to the post. For Engineer posts, candidates are required to have qualifications such as BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering in the relevant discipline, while for Executive posts, qualifications such as CA/CMA, MBA/PGDM, relevant postgraduate degrees, or other prescribed qualifications are required depending on the post. In addition, relevant work experience is required for most of the posts. Therefore, candidates should carefully check the complete educational qualification and experience requirements for their respective post before applying. Talking about the selection process, NGEL may select candidates through CBT (Computer Based Test) and Interview or through Shortlisting and Interview, depending on the number of candidates and organizational requirements. This means that conducting a CBT examination is not mandatory or certain. If a CBT is conducted, questions related to Subject Knowledge and Aptitude may be asked, and applicable negative marking may also be imposed for incorrect answers. Candidates will also have to complete all prescribed stages of the recruitment process, including Document Verification, for final selection. For this recruitment, the application fee for General, EWS, and OBC category candidates is ₹500, while SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and Female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee. Selected candidates may receive a salary of approximately ₹11 lakh annual CTC, along with other benefits and facilities as applicable according to the post and organizational rules.
NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) द्वारा Engineer एवं Executive पदों पर भर्ती के लिए आधिकारिक अधिसूचना जारी की गई है। इस भर्ती के अंतर्गत कुल 147 पदों पर योग्य एवं अनुभवी उम्मीदवारों की नियुक्ति की जाएगी। भर्ती में Engineer (RE-Civil), Engineer (RE-Electrical), Engineer (RE-Mechanical), Engineer (RE-Safety), Executive (RE-Human Resource), Executive (RE-Finance), Executive (RE-CSR) तथा Executive (RE-Rajbhasha) सहित विभिन्न पद शामिल हैं। यह भर्ती Fixed Term Basis पर की जाएगी। इस भर्ती के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया 18 अगस्त 2026 से शुरू हो चुकी है। इच्छुक एवं योग्य उम्मीदवार 07 सितंबर 2026 शाम 06:00 बजे तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। उम्मीदवारों की अधिकतम आयु सीमा 35 वर्ष निर्धारित की गई है तथा आरक्षित वर्गों को नियमानुसार आयु सीमा में छूट दी जाएगी। आयु की गणना निर्धारित कटऑफ तिथि के आधार पर की जाएगी। शैक्षणिक योग्यता पद के अनुसार अलग-अलग निर्धारित की गई है। Engineer पदों के लिए संबंधित विषय में BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering जैसी योग्यता तथा Executive पदों के लिए संबंधित पद के अनुसार CA/CMA, MBA/PGDM, संबंधित स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री या अन्य निर्धारित योग्यता आवश्यक है। इसके अलावा अधिकांश पदों के लिए संबंधित क्षेत्र में कार्य अनुभव भी मांगा गया है, इसलिए उम्मीदवार को आवेदन करने से पहले अपने पद की शैक्षणिक योग्यता एवं अनुभव संबंधी पूरी पात्रता अवश्य जांचनी चाहिए। चयन प्रक्रिया की बात करें तो NGEL द्वारा उम्मीदवारों की संख्या एवं आवश्यकता के अनुसार CBT (Computer Based Test) और Interview या Shortlisting एवं Interview के माध्यम से चयन किया जा सकता है। अर्थात CBT परीक्षा अनिवार्य रूप से आयोजित होगी, ऐसा निश्चित नहीं है। यदि CBT आयोजित किया जाता है तो परीक्षा में Subject Knowledge एवं Aptitude से संबंधित प्रश्न पूछे जा सकते हैं तथा गलत उत्तर के लिए निर्धारित Negative Marking भी लागू होगी। अंतिम चयन के लिए Document Verification सहित भर्ती प्रक्रिया में निर्धारित सभी चरणों को पूरा करना होगा। इस भर्ती में General, EWS एवं OBC वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों के लिए आवेदन शुल्क ₹500 निर्धारित है, जबकि SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen एवं Female उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन शुल्क से छूट दी गई है। चयनित उम्मीदवारों को पद एवं नियमों के अनुसार लगभग ₹11 लाख वार्षिक CTC तक का वेतन एवं अन्य निर्धारित सुविधाएं प्रदान की जा सकती हैं।
