Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, has invited online applications for recruitment to the posts of BPM (Branch Postmaster), ABPM (Assistant Branch Postmaster), and Dak Sevak under the Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) Online Engagement Schedule-II, July-2026. Through this recruitment, candidates will be selected for more than 25,000 posts across various postal circles in the country. For India Post GDS Recruitment 2026, candidates must have passed Class 10th. Candidates must have studied Mathematics and English as subjects in Class 10th and should have knowledge of the local language of the concerned State/Union Territory. The candidate’s age should not be below 18 years and should not exceed 40 years. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be provided relaxation in the maximum age limit as per government rules. For this recruitment, Registration can be completed from August 31, 2026, to September 19, 2026, while Online Applications can be submitted from September 2, 2026, to September 21, 2026. The application process will be completely online. No written examination will be conducted for India Post GDS Recruitment 2026. Candidates will be selected through a Merit List prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Class 10th. Candidates shortlisted in the Merit List will have to complete Document Verification and other required formalities. Selected candidates will receive TRCA (Time Related Continuity Allowance) as per the post. For the BPM post, TRCA is fixed at ₹12,000 to ₹29,380 per month, while for ABPM/Dak Sevak posts, it is ₹10,000 to ₹24,470 per month. In addition, other benefits may also be provided as per the applicable rules. भारतीय डाक विभाग, संचार मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) Online Engagement Schedule-II, July-2026 के अंतर्गत BPM (Branch Postmaster), ABPM (Assistant Branch Postmaster) और Dak Sevak के पदों पर भर्ती के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं। इस भर्ती के माध्यम से देशभर के विभिन्न डाक सर्किलों में 25,000 से अधिक पदों पर उम्मीदवारों का चयन किया जाएगा। India Post GDS Recruitment 2026 के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवार का 10वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण होना आवश्यक है। उम्मीदवार ने 10वीं में गणित और अंग्रेजी विषय के साथ पढ़ाई की हो तथा संबंधित राज्य/केंद्र शासित प्रदेश की स्थानीय भाषा का ज्ञान होना चाहिए। उम्मीदवार की आयु 18 वर्ष से कम और 40 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। आरक्षित वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों को सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार अधिकतम आयु सीमा में छूट दी जाएगी। इस भर्ती के लिए Registration 31 अगस्त 2026 से 19 सितंबर 2026 तक तथा Online Application 2 सितंबर 2026 से 21 सितंबर 2026 तक किए जा सकेंगे। आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह ऑनलाइन होगी। India Post GDS Recruitment 2026 में कोई लिखित परीक्षा आयोजित नहीं की जाएगी। उम्मीदवारों का चयन 10वीं कक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर तैयार की जाने वाली Merit List के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। मेरिट लिस्ट में चयनित उम्मीदवारों को Document Verification तथा अन्य आवश्यक औपचारिकताएं पूरी करनी होंगी। चयनित उम्मीदवारों को पद के अनुसार TRCA (Time Related Continuity Allowance) दिया जाएगा। BPM पद के लिए ₹12,000 से ₹29,380 प्रतिमाह तथा ABPM/Dak Sevak पद के लिए ₹10,000 से ₹24,470 प्रतिमाह TRCA निर्धारित है। इसके अतिरिक्त नियमानुसार अन्य सुविधाएं भी उपलब्ध हो सकती हैं। उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन शुल्क, राज्यवार एवं पदवार रिक्तियां, पात्रता, आयु सीमा, महत्वपूर्ण तिथियां और अन्य जानकारी के लिए India Post GDS की आधिकारिक अधिसूचना ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ने की सलाह दी जाती है।
